Anyways, here's all the boxes explained in detail:

Personality: Their in-game default personality, as well as a secondary trait I've given them. Usually to help differentiate them from other villagers of the same type.
Birthday: Their birthday and zodiac sign, duh!
Default Clothes: The clothes they start off with, if they ever wear anything different in my comms (such as a bikini or something), I usually try to follow a color scheme similar to these.
Friends: Villagers they get along well with, you may usually see them together in my comms.
Weight Gain?: "How would you feel about gaining weight?"/"How do you feel about fat in general?"
Force Feeding?: "How would you feel about being force-fed?" (Or force-feeding someone else?) Or what if fatness was forced upon you?
Extra Quirks: Notable things that make them a little more unique. Usually determines what positions/situations they'll frequently be put in, or how they react in certain situations. (May get updated in the future)

As for the leaves on the fat-related boxes, Green means they're usually/always okay with it. Yellow means they're only okay with it under certain circumstances. Red means they're rarely/never okay with it.
