The second design I came up with for my AD:JL oc. I was going for more of an Ogo-Pogo(Canada's Nessie) type vibe, but wanted her to be still able to be on land. I feel like going with the base idea of my dragon being behind the legend of Ogo-Pogo is pretty cool and unique.
The check mark markings on her neck are actually gills, since she is able to breath underwater and outside of it. She would be more agile in the water, but she would be a pretty on flyer...
This was drawn on the same paper as the first design so I will probably redo them at the same time.

Hmm personally I like the first design but mostly cause I liked the type of Dragon she was modeled after where as this one is more of a wyvern look both look awesome mind you but I think the first one looks better
Then again you have a few dragons that look similar to the first one but non of them share a resemblance to this type of design ^^;
