Last year, my friend
kaeko lost her battle to cancer. Around this time I was still pledging artists on Patreon and used three rewards and bought a commission in memory of her. I used the characters I bought from her, that she helped me develop. Kae meant a lot to me over the years as a friend, she was always happy to chat with me and work with me. Despite having a hard life and her battle with cancer she always seemed to see the best in things. She inspired me to work harder without even realizing it, I'll always remember her.
Rest in peace, Kandis. I wish your son and husband the best.
