You guys just won't leave him alone! Now look at him; he can barely get up, let alone hop!
I can't recall the last time he's been hungry. With all his friends around him keeping his muzzle stuffed with food, he's not likely to starve!

Now now Roofus, how do you know what's possible until you've tried! *Squeezes the plump tummy gently, checking internal pressure* Why, wuff bets you'd be surprised how much more can fit!
*Vargr measures the roo's tummy (getting lots of hugs in on it during the process), then feeds the roo slowly and carefully, more and more, until he really can't hold another bite. Then the wuff measures again.*
See! NOW you're right! And look how much bigger that tummy is too! And now that its all stretched out, wuff bets it will be able to get even bigger the next time you're stuffed full.

Aw! Huggles and snuggles the seriously cute and cuddly roo.
Nope, going hungry isn't going to be a problem for him with this crowd of friends. More to worry about getting stuffed until he's about to pop. Then getting cuddled and hugged and snuggled by a bunch of furs until its time to get fed again.

Oh yeah? *pokes a wide, wobbly roopaunch* If you're a roo, let's see you hop, eh, fatty? *he smirks* There's a big chocolate bar in it for you if you can... *he says, taunting you with a 2-pound bar of chocolate, knowing the roo can't really do much of anything physically anymore....*
That's a very nice size you've depicted, and a very nicely done sketch! He does look incredibly tubby, and the napkin is a very nice touch- i used to cover his chest and front, I presume?
Now all we need to see is a snap of a poor, calorie-crazed Roofus hauling himself towards the nearest feeder...

Eat mainly carrots and potatoes, then! They are such clear foods that are easy to digest! This worked with me! (Of course, your body will get more hungry due to the adjustment, but that is due to you avoiding food that sticks to your stomach. Your body shall eventually adjust.)
My favourite part of this is the way his head hair sticks out from between his ears. You employed a surprising good use of contradictions: his makeshift bib implies hunger while his expression implies satiety and even desperation to stop. I do wonder about the size of the tail which I think that should be longer, especially since kangaroos have long tails.
