Looks really great. I like the skin tone and the colors you chose for shading.
The only thing I could ever think that might be off would be the ear. Not the placement or the shape or size, but one of the ridges coming out of the ear, dominating the outer edge. It's near the top. If I could red line it, I would, but I freakin' fail. XD
