could be.... I don't really know about bird species
so it is a cockatoo not a parrot?

Cockatoos are related to parrots, but are their own thing. They live for a VERY long time, do the same geophagy (eating clay) to detoxify their food, and share a few nasty diseases. Sulphurs are difficult pets and can be noisy as hell. :)
