Pretty much, yeah. Companies work like this.

And on the flip side, when its less about the product and more complains about the working conditions or the way the workers are treated, they make some tv spots with a bunch of smiling workers going around.... I remember one group of comedians spoofing that, basically recreating such a commercial and paraphrasing it:
"There are many companies on the market.... but how to tell which ones treat their workers properly?
Well, if the company is right....
THEN THEY PROBABLY DON'T NEED TO INVEST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS
