For whatever weird reason, Maria has a problem with library-goers (either accidentally or intentionally) just leaving books on top of her impressive "shelf".
And although it doesn't usually bother her, sometimes, it does end up becoming rather embarrassing (especially when she doesn't notice her posterior carrying a pile of books for her, until 20 minutes after the fact).
