Well, the artist had this image rated "Mature" originally, which means not everyone can see it. They weren't entirely sure what the rating could be, so I suggested "general" (which means everyone can view it regardless of their age), because nothing adult or mature is happening. The character is in their underwear and looking cute, just like in underwear commercials/ads in public places.

Of course, the artist is welcome to change it back to mature, if they so desire.
