This character is from a fictional universe within a fictional universe. She belongs to some comic book series that some of my characters read.

She is a half djinn, possessing the powers of a djinn but unlike many Djinn of legend, she is not a total dickbag.
Also, she is named for her motions with her scythe and has no relation to the order.

Her outfit was designed by CherrysDesigns, and if memory serves me right, was bought and given to me as a gift by JetDelta7
