Decora is based off of my interest and love in the japanese style/fashion of Decora.
They get a bunch of bright colors and hair clips and a lot of times mismatching clothes and throw it all together!
I absolutly want to try it!
So this character is obviously named Decora after the fashion.
The character is a female and is just a normal puppy.
