Have you ever found something just lying around, picked it up, and then BOOM you're something completely different? No? Me neither! But this type of thing seems to happen all the time to poor Alterflane here. Minding his own business then all of a sudden, He's a Snivy!
This was actually drawn at Confuzzled and coloured shortly after the convention was over. Alterflane is a great guy and a fantastic artist, and his characters are always a ton of fun to draw. This is also one of my few attempts at transformation. It's a lot of fun to draw!

This is fantastic, I absolutely love how this one looks. The original sketch was wonderful, but the added colours and shading here really bring it to life. Considering you've had little experience with drawing transformation themed artwork prior to this one, you've done incredibly well. Thanks once again for working on this, it's one of my favourites for sure!
Alt should probably take more care when picking up things, especially when they are discarded on the ground for no obvious reason; but knowing him, that likely will be the only thing that won't change any time soon.

I'm glad you like it! I coloured this one straight off the back of the convention as I enjoyed drawing it so much.
He really should be more careful yes. Particularly while just outside of "Viridian City" - with a city named that, all kinds of alarm bells should have been ringing.
But to be fair to him, that would be a load less fun.
