When you draw stuff like this, you gotta understand why people sexualize your character! It's sort've a given, one that you've gotta know'll exist. With your incredible skills and this risqué situation, you're bound to attract a lot of eyes - some of which focus on the lewder aspects.

Yep, that's a fetish! Footplay/pawplay is super super common. I was complimenting your art style, saying it would work well at attracting many viewers, which means it's more likely that one of them might do the creepy thing you dislike so much. As for the sexualization... The low angle view, plus the potential fetish for female domination/pawplay, is rather noticeable for me! The character down below seems pretty nude and submissive, as well. These're just my observations as to why you may be getting those kinds of people.
Getting those kinds of people are bound to happen. But that does not exclude them from being criticized from having absolutely no tact and making advances I do NOT appreciate at all.
Perspective isn't sexual, pawplay isn't always sexual. Can they be? Yes. Are they inherently? No??

It's not my kind of 'thing', the pawpad attraction, but it is to many, and to many of those that's a sexual thing. Maybe that's what this poster meant.
To me, what I really love so much about this is the ... act of submission, I guess. But that sounds so dry. That expression on your face. That wonderful expression, as you do .. that.

Awww! Now that's cool - a picture focused on Tartii-peets! Okay so first off (and of no surprise) - you have such cute toes. ^_^ Second - what really stood out to me in this was how you have the claws partly out on just some of the toes - that's really unique, and it made me realize you never actually see artists incorporate that some pressure or motion, depending on the type and how much, would definitely cause retractable claws to come out a bit. That's some very thoughtful realism. :) LOVE the expression on your face too - such intensity and focus.
