I did this with Black Ops II, so why not do it with another Wii U game I've been playing a shit-ton? ^#^
This is a Miiverse screenshot I took from my Xenoblade Chronicles X game on Wii U.
It could be said that a few Wii U games have been a little disappointing, but Xenoblade Chronicles X is CERTAINLY not one of them. It's such a deep and interesting JRPG with a world that is incredibly fun to explore. You can waste hours upon hours in this game doing absolutely nothing but enjoying every minute. God damn I love this game!
I got it just about at its launch in December and have been playing it off-and-on ever since, though I was stuck on a segment for a few months for a stupid reason.
It was on a part of Chapter 4 of the main story, where I was scared off by some unusually-strong enemies outside of a cave I had to enter. Usually when a game gives me a speed-bump or considerable wall to climb, I tend to lose interest. However, my urge to progress through this awesome game is SO STRONG that I was able to grind to twice my previous level and return to the mission, only to find that the enemy levels returned to normal after those first weird few. So, if I had just sneaked past those initial enemies like I was SUPPOSED to, I would've been fine before. I was of course able to complete the mission to progress a bit more through the game, but now I'm kind of insanely over-leveled for the part I'm on, and there's quite a bit of catching up I need to do with my other party members. That's gonna hold me up from progressing a bit longer, as my self-diagnosed OCD won't allow me to ignore that fact. But I DESPERATELY want a Skell; it's going to be so fun and awesome; I HAVE TO GET ONE! After I get a Skell and mess around with it for a while, I might finally lose interest in this game, but I hope that's not the case!
ANYWAY, here's my overpowered character as he currently appears in my game. The names of my equipment don't exactly reflect what is shown on my character, since I have lots of Fashion Gear equipped to preserve my good looks, heh. My sword is what's shown out of my two weapons, and I believe my torso equipment isn't swapped out by Fashion Gear, so you can look for those two by name. I got those heart-shaped sunglasses from a side quest and will NEVER take them off; I love the Fashion Gear feature! I still use the Assault Rifle and Longsword weapon combination, as I haven't experimented with different weapons quite yet, but I plan to!
I also haven't played this game online yet, since I figure EVERYONE has a Skell and abuse them by this point. But if anyone out there happens to be around my level or lower and just wants to have a relaxing get-together online, that's fine by me! I certainly want to experience what this game's online feature is really like while I still can, after all.
If anyone wants to add me, my NNID is SajinKaiE220.
As with my Black Ops II card series, I will post an updated version of my profile here if I gain a considerable amount of levels and/or change my appearance quite a bit.
