I never owned wild animals but I'd play with them so I'm not really scared of most animals. Playing with wild snakes and crows were common ones for me.
I'm scared of small spiders (totally fine with taratulas), nervous with geese, and dislike the presence of koalas. I'll cuddle nearly anything else.

Crows are fairly easy friends from my experience, they're insanely intelligent. I'm kinda surprised they aren't a common domestic bird, as many of the birds they domesticate are not nearly as intelligent.
LUCKY ON THE BOBCAT THO
I liek gators they're cute. They're so broad featured lol

They do though, gators don't actually view us as food, crocodiles are the much more dangerous ones.
The recent gator related death was a result of the wild gators being fed by humans, so they assumed a child had food, and grabbed their hand and pulled them under. Kid drowned, the gator did very little actual damage to them because the weren't trying to kill them.
Crocs on the other hand will hunt people and num them. Numnumnum.

Well, I wouldn't recommend playing with wild snakes, I never got bit but I also never approached one that seem incredibly terrified.
I definitely recommend holding reptiles and stuff that have been socialized though :3 Many, many of them are very affectionate and they tend to be especially cuddly compared to other animals because, being cold blooded, they're particularly responsive to your body heat. If you're scared of reptiles you would likely be over it after actively handling some of the scarier looking ones ^^
I've never owned one but bearded dragons are especially adorable and affectionate. I plan to own one someday when I can have a rather large tank

I had a knight anole once. She wasn't friendly at all. She was fine with my ex but not with me. Believe me I tried liking lizzies. They are awesome. But they are hard to care for and tend to be temperamental and are difficult so I rather just not. I know my limits as a pet owner after all.
I have pretty much all the time to spend with pets, as I work from home (doing art). I adore most large birds, I prefer predatory or feral birds, I just get along with most of them better. My boyfriend has a green cheek conure that fucking LOATHES me.
Like, he gets up on the side of the cage closest to me while I'm drawing, then will proceed to scream for anywhere from 2-45 minutes. I give him treats if he stays quiet, commonly share my food (I eat a lot of fruit) if he isn't being a dick to me, have never hurt him.
BUT. I stole his mate. This bird adored me then he saw me kiss my bf for the first time and he's been screeching at me for over a year now.
However, he freaks out and cries if I ever leave the house.

Not necessarily! He also has a cockatiel that was pretty friendly with me, and since his cagemate died, he now thinks that I'm his mate.
I'm under the impression that part of the reason the conure hates me is because I am 'mated' to the cockatiel, my boyfriend, and the guinea pig (all of them spend the most time with me and are most physically affectionate with me)
And then the conure is an asshole so nothing other than my boyfriend (who tries desperately to play with and hold mr crankybird) will get within a few feet of him.
I would have a rat, though honestly their inflated nutsacks are a tad offputting to me. My guinea buddy is super great though. I'm nearly always right next to him and he'll lay down all regal-like on my lap lol

well she definitely looks relaxed and one can tell shes cuddling you back in kind, you can get certain tiny crocs that can be kept as exotic pets out in america, nothing huge but they are the size of a small dog, though wouldnt recommend one because of how expensive they can be to keep
I would consider one as a pet if I had the money, though the only reptile I really want in particular is a bearded dragon. They've been in pet stores for years and they're always the spunkiest lizards on display xD Wanted one since the first time I saw them.
I'd like to wait til I have a large place though, I like giving animals roaming room and my guinea baby takes up quite a bit of space lol
