I have kinda a reference in my head from the movie "The thirteen warriors" where the Migdol tribe goes down of the mountains with torches, making a snake like trail of fire. I really think about that and I guess its a bandit raiders coming with torches.

.. Or simply her hallucinations are taken over again...

But let's see what will happen next. The thriller is high on this page!
