Terms of Service


❥I have the right to use the artwork .

❥I own the rights. You may not use the artwork for money-gaining purposes, or vast distribution. You may discuss with me buying the rights.

❥If you commissioned the artwork, you may repost it with proper credit. But, if example, someone else commissioned artwork with your character in it, you may not repost it unless you ask me first.

❥You cannot crop my signature out of the picture.


❥If you are commissioning me, please check my gallery's current works to make sure you like my style.

❥If you agree in commissioning , you will be add to a list of commission. Have in mind that there will be clients ahead of you and that I will have to work on their art first. I can send approval sketches, but I will have to finish a commission to start with the other. Please be patient.

❥if you get a complex commission, ( anything over 30)
i will send you a sketch for approval before i continue to the commission.

❥you are also allowed only 1 many change once the picture gets past the sketch stage, unless its an obvious mistake on my part.

❥I am allowed to charge less or more depending on the complexity of the character or simplicity

❥I have the right to refuse a commission

❥ unless you specifically request deadline before hand, do not depend on my to get the picture done within a set amount of time. art takes time and i'm only human.

❥have a referance or at least a picture of your character ready


Process of Payment
The way I go about payment is usually the following:

❥ You give me all the details of your commission. After all details are given, payment is required.
