A sexy genet scientist, who has concocted something or other, and is perhaps testing it on her favorite subject...
This is one of my contributions to the Pinup Portfolio: http://www.pinupportfolio.com/ ... a collection of furry female pinups by many great artists, scheduled to be released at Anthrocon 2009.
This piece is done with micron inks, acrylic paints, and a little bit of mechanical pencil (the lettering on the periodic chart.. hehe) on 8"x10" illustration board, and the original will be at the Anthrocon 2009 art show. *Edit- original sold - I'll do a different piece for the AC art show to fill its place*

She'd probably get along pretty well with my character. Course Eira leans more towards Mad Science, really.

Very nice, though something about how the near upper corner and far upper corner of the desk relate to each other kinda... eats at me.
Wait... maybe it's the periodic table... dangit. They're folowing the vanishing point properly for rectangular objects, but... something looks odd. Maybe it's just that I'm used to fisheye distortion at that kind of range..

I was experimenting a bit with the perspective in this one... I made a few mistakes, that I was aware of only after having inked it ^.^, but for the subject matter, I like the dramatic effect. (one of the things was I put the vanishing points too close together causing violent perspective)
since it has been more than 10 years since my last chemistry class, I just went through google and looked up 'chemistry equations' and picked some that looked neat. So - your guess is as good as mine, but I'm sure they are completely unrelated to one another - and are added for their aesthetic qualities rather than their factual ones ^.^
She's doing the HEY THERE stare at me. o___o
I love all the little details. The reflection on the floor of her foot, the charts, the equations on the board, the globe off in the distance and the outlets in the wall! Reminds me of my highschool chemistry class haha.
She also has some neat hair. :3
I gotta fave thisss.

I'm loving everything about this picture. The attractiveness without showing anything makes me smile, the simple alluring pose and the face really makes for this too.
Once again the details really adds to the picture, from the writing on the board to the chemicals on the desk to the posters on the wall, make this not only a pinup, but it draws your eyes to different things and makes you think aswell.
For example, most pinups only focus on the person with only a small background, something simple like colors(I shouldn't be the one to talk about backgrounds lol! )
But anyway, mucho love for this one as well.

Beautiful.
An interest in Science is a sexy thing indeed, I say. What better way to strengthen an interest in it than with images of a creature as alluring as she. I am experiencing the fan-attack-ic heart palpitations as I type this convoluted message, no thanks to your glorious art skills Kacey. Resisting the urge to type something relatively sexist or misogynistic about her beauty is actually occupying some of amount of my brain activity for a change. Consider yourself magnificent.
I must admit my unique little quagmire of a brainpan has definitely imagined my female biology teachers as beings very similar to this Genet (although, sadly much more stereotypically vulpine in origin). Not to make anyone uncomfortable but I definitely was turned on by the way those ladies could talk about the study of Life. (I got a 1.8 in highschool, but was at the top of the class in biology) Smart ladies are far more sexy in my opinion than any woman who most guys are trained by mass media to go gah-gah over.
Glorious work.
