When it knows no one has any means of harming it Cytolya will simply walk around out in the open, being a very bold creature it doesn't mind the attention this brings. However it will create clothes for itself, having at least a small sense of decency and care for not exposing peoples kids to things they aren't ready to see. The most common outfit is this uniform, a more casual version of the dress uniforms worn by military personnel of the species that created it, lacking the emblems and other important signs of rank and position. While it resents the idea of having been created as a weapon, it actually prefers the more stylish outfits its would be benefactors sport, with the exception of all the built in armour even the most fancy of their designs posses.

It also wears clothes for the sole purpose of taking them off, even though they're made of it's own body mass it will strip, or even simply open it's pants. Strangely enough a goo monster has a bit of a clothed sex fetish.
