Arriving at Port Clinton from her home at the Yankee Air Museum in Michigan is the "Yankee Doodle Dandy" a 1945 C-47D Skytrain. She was offering rides today, and became the first plane I had ever flown in. The museum let me get up close taking photos when she arrived, finally completing a goal that I had been wanting for over a year now.
