Thank you :D If you use Paint Tool SAI to draw the oil water brush is your biggest friend for backgrounds. A lot of it is just shapes improvised until I found something I liked.

so cute <3 and nice work ! The rain give the picture a bit hazy but very romantic and awaiting mood.
The Nest with the eegs give the dragon a motherly feeling and i like the prospect - it is very beautiful.
With which programm you work? The small light ( green, orange ones ) give to the stones a bit of mystic touch

Your english is perfectly fine! Thank you for such a lovely reflective comment! I actually used Paint Tool SAI for most of it but I sometimes use Photoshop Elements 11.0 for little touch ups. ^_^

I always like to add story to them! ^_^ And I have seen pretty amazing works done on Krita too :D
