Besides you kitchen and dining room being a little to small for my liking i like like it a lot

when did 3d view and when i look though it i thought i was looking in closet XD lol or a country kitchen with only a sink in it

I see if i was to build it that would be the only thing id change or maybe make the bedrooms a little bigger but either way i like the plan.

hmms gained idea on combine kitchen and dineing into one room make part of the liveing room like a bar like thing and use open fryer like japanese cooking table top cookers [like in Jenbe's kitchen shops.

Ya to manny doors and youd feel cramped in it and looking at it a litle closer the living room in my mind shouldnt be the same size as a bedroom

and if figured out area and calculations of money and price per wood thing i could give and possibly find average price of house possibly or to build it from scratch.

[and may if can bring in the Jenbay bar idea in liveing room area... where can entertain guests... [thats only way i know of the cooking top things is by Jenbay they almost took my hair off with performace XD lol

Everything I did was set up different and in a more efficient manner. The Kitchen and Dining are one room so that's why the kitchen looks small in this one

yea ^^ well used master bedromo template but 12ft by 14ft is huge ^^ yet idea was to have kitchen dining just a dineing and make liveing room area have a bar like area in it that has the oven top like a japanese grill fryer ^^

My grandfather made a house with one of my bros and its nizzee!! it had a really cool m...Mahugendy dooor [dont know how its spelled right lol] and it has 3 bedrooms and 1 master bedroom, skylights, pot filler [for stove pots], 2 big ass hell bathrooms lol, and to top it the bath tubes have jets in them. freeing nice house too dude. its like over $60,000 or something lol.
