Ni, the rogue lion from LK6NA. I always adored him. He has an interesting relationship with cub Nala, having saved her from a pack of hyenas. And then he leaves ... but not without changing Nala's life forever. I really do believe that she admired him, maybe even had a crush on him. But I thought to draw him looking back at the Pridelands before he leaves, wondering, hoping that she would be brave and dare to follow after him. Even though he is a little bit older than her, I feel that he would love her enough to wait until she was old enough to seek a mate. And the way Nala tells the tale in he books, I know that she'll always have a special place in her heart for Ni.
