Being an Admiral means it's easy to get your uniforms tailored if you outgrow them. However, being an Admiral does nothing to help with the hormones if the reason you're outgrowing your uniform is that you picked up a litter while on shore leave. He'll just have to make do for the months he has remaining! Hopefully the bridge crew can handle him constantly messing with the thermostat.

I told you to lose the weight not gain the weight, Admiral. You know I'm the one that asked you to NOT gain weight correct, Admiral? Eh......you do whatever you want Admiral.......it's you're life anyways and not mine so do what you want but keep on track of what your role is OR I'll have command get me a new admiral to replace you.
