Oh yeah! I love my new tablet!
What better way to celebrate than to make a new pic?
Just a simple picture of Konana ... he has a few differences than before. I just felt the need to draw a gorilla after seeing some of
thymilph's art on Twitter. Looking at them made me realize how much I miss drawing them and seeing a lot of them. I wish he was open for commissions so I can pay him to draw Alpha, but oh well.
Anyhoo...
Forgive me for the stagnant mediocrity in my art skills. I haven't been practicing as much I should and drawing enough.
Well the good thing here is that Konana's color palette is a little more subdued this time around.
Compared to this: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/18418776/ which uses full saturation and bright colors...
this scheme here should be much more easier to look at. I still to fumble around with his palette.
Anyway, enjoy! Oh and if you have any tips or tricks to help me to improve, leave it down in the comments below!

Y-yeah! It's a lot easier on the eyes.
Well just a little bit. I still have a long way to go. And don't worry. Tablets get kinda tricky to use when you're transitioning from pencil to mouse to tablet. Also, hand-eye coordination is different but you'll get used to it.

Congratulations on getting a new pen tablet! Personally, aside form his more obvious eye color, I liked the brighter scheme better, since it felt more true to your sweet and fun personality, but if this new color makes you happy, then I can dig it!
Alrighty, now lemme see... I feel like some parts of 'is body are too... "square," notably the left (his right) elbow. It might be a style choice, but I feel that bump could be sized down and rounded/sharpened a bit. And, although this might be another choice of style, his wrists could be more clearly defined.
For what I like, that'd be his face and expression. He seems like the helpful type! It's good to see more art from you again!
