Initially made to guard the mummy of said god, but was left behind as the gods left this world. He is the last one that survived the eons, was discovered by archeologists in 1935 and brought to a secret facility in nevada, him peacefully coming with them.
'Say' means sand in ancient egypt, which describes his powers very well. He can control the sand around him and absorb the water around him. He can also disintegrate himself and change to his alternate form by will.
He also has a hand for plants, making them grow healthier just by his touch.
