Selanix is a mysterious, rare inhabitant of the Secret Forest. Most of time it spends in the sea, measuring mighty forces with waves. Selanix loves severe storms and dazzling sunlight. On the surface you can see it in the morning, meeting the sun rising above the sea with roar. In the afternoon it hunts in the Forest or searches the sea depths for bright shells shining with nacre. But there are also selanixes more attached to the Moon and night. For them the sea is insidious, black and filled with dangers. It is said that the glowworms burning in water at night, are traces, left by selanix walking the edge of water. It shakes off these glowworms from the mane, and they flicker in water as if small precious stones, by morning they really become precious stones. Selanixes are strong, courageous and dangerous animals. Selanix distinctive features are – strong well-muscled body similar to lion's, big horns, and a long tail with the spark fins, also fins are located on it’s body. The form of horns and quantity of fins on tail speaks about the age and magic force of selanix.
