This was more fun to do than I'd like to admit, especially with the time taken on it.
The changes done to the base are: Added horn, added horse ears in front of the hood, added some hair to make it look a little more natural (All of this makes the hood look like it's slightly further back on the head), made the mouth longer and added stitches to it, added septum piercing, added mouth piercing, and added a shirt under the reaper outfit.
