A creature of the night, he never felt consumed by the surrounding weight of shadows. Instead, he always felt at ease in darkness, for it afforded him the solitude of thought for which he yearned. Nor was he ever too far from earth, either, as the steady light always shined on him and reflected itself in his gaze. Caught between worlds, he couldn't help but smile.
