Jackie loves playing bass for The Showoffs, but of all things, she never imagined she'd end up in a jazz band. As fun as it is, she always wondered how things would have gone if she were playing in a punk band like she'd originally dreamed.

As for Rachel, despite her worship of techno music and rave culture, she was always secretly in love with the "lighter" punk aesthetic as well. Bands like Bad Religion and Autopilot Off were as "hard" as she was willing to get, the rest of her punk playlists rounded out with skater music.

There weren't many secrets kept between the pair, and the lion was overjoyed to learn that they shared an interest in punk, even though the bear wasn't well-versed. Jackie knew Rachel was too soft to fully embrace the culture, but at the very least could help her get a head start.

In secret, Jackie commissioned the tailor she'd gotten all her previous jackets from, presenting it to her bear just as fall began.

"All ya gotta do now is cover it in patches n' pins."

"Oh Jackie, I love it! We should start another band now that we're dressed for it!"

"You wanna start a punk band? How ya gonna do that?"

"Well, it doesn't have to be entirely punk. I could use my 909! We'd be like Atari Teenage Riot!"

".....oy, Rach'. I love ya."
