Nic is in fact a clone made from samples of Sonic, Shadow, and even Silver's DNA. His creator's name is unknown since he died shortly after creating him, and the government erased nearly all trace of him. Nic is probably closest related to Shadow, despite having most of Sonic's personality and values. He considers Shadow his 'father', but never tries to contact him for fear of rejection. He lives in a bunker lab on a half planet (half of the planet is gone, and its rotation and gravity are run by machines). He teleports using his wrist device, opening a portal back to his planet. He can use some of his 'father's Chaos powers as well as ones of his own. Nic seeks to help others no matter what the cost.
