Finally finished this!
Solana got a make over, and some clothes... and a fake tatoo that's probably marker

She's dressed up as Plumeria from Pokemon Sun and Moon
I'd say Minoir and Vexa got her to do this... They're kinda punks already right???

But this was an idea given to me by  pokemonoa111~

I'll admit, Solana looks hella nice in this.
