Back again and this time I was pleased with the length of the chapter.

Chapter 12: Discussion
A week and a half had passed since landing and now it was time for the session and revealing of the new ship to happen. Nicholas and his master were at the place early in one of the court rooms that was big enough for a large audience. At the moment the Padawan was looking down from above on one of the balcony areas. Neron was in the shadows nearby just to be on the safe side. The young male looked down and could see many had come here. But there was one thing that he couldn't understand. "There don't seem to be that many Corellian Jedi here," the young one said.
"I noticed as well," Neron answered. "It could be they feel it's not as important to have all of them here."
"Still why wouldn't there be? After the supposed rumors that somebody will be sabotaging this." Both Jedi went silent to think this over. During their investigations some things had come up that pointed to such a thing. However they were certain that violence could be avoided. But if the need would arise, Nicholas and Neron wouldn't hesitate to draw their Lightsabers. The thinking then had to come to an end because the presentation was beginning. The young human saw those in charge come out and everyone giving them their full attention.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it's with our great pleasure to present the next generation of ships for the Republic. One that will help with the travel of the citizens who reside in the galaxy." A round of applause happened, showing everyone here supported this. "Now to present the new ship design."
The designer came up. "People of Corellia it is with great pleasure that I present the design of the new Juggernaut Mac Travel Ship." An image of a ship similar to what a fancy cruise liner from our world appeared with wings. The audience began to mummer with interest. Even Nicholas and Neron eyed the design with great interest. The two Jedi could see how this would help the common people out. With billions of individuals this could get thousands to destinations.
"Our plans is to have the first wave of these ships out by the end of the year. Already prototypes are in development. And when they come out, they will help with the traveling population that's growing all the time. Everyone; the future of travel is here." The person then went on to show the detailed inside of the ship. While anyone could pay to get on, how much they did so would determine what class they were in. The first class was obviously the nicest, but even the third class wasn't so bad; this section was even a bit luxurious. This could be useful if the Jedi had to go undercover. However Nicholas couldn't help but wonder already how much building ships like these would cost.
When a break came before the negations happened, he and Neron met up to discuss what had happened so far. "I like what they're purposing here," the younger male said. "This does seem like it will help. But I'm not sure how they'll pay for this."
"The price isn't the important thing here my young Padawan," the older male responded. "Remember to be mindful and that this will be for the service of the Republic."
"I understand Master. Still I don't know… I'm trying to sense something like hostile emotions, but nothing has happened yet. Yet I can't shake the feeling something will happen. Like someone doesn't want this ship to be built."
"I'm getting that feeling as well. Yet all seems calm. Just be careful, I sense something's coming."
"A trap?" Nicholas asked.
"Possibly," Neron responded.
"Next move?"
"Spring the trap."
The two returned to their positions since the time for the break was drawing to a close. Now was the time for Nicholas to pay attention to the treaties and deals regarding this new ship. The young human watched as the creator of the ship answered questions, from how much each would cost, to how long it would, what the passenger number could be, the engines, everything regarding the vehicle. The young human male could see the designer knew the facts well since the guy answered each question without missing a beat and with confidence. "I'm positive the Juggernaut Mac Travel Ship will benefit the Republic for travel purposes," the designer pointed out. "Even if for some reason this project doesn't work, I'm confident it will bring about ideas for further vessels."
Suddenly the lights in the room went off, sending the place in darkness. Instantly the few Corellian Jedi were knocked out by a mysterious force. But Nicholas and his master were on guard and ready. Their Lightsabers were drawn, lighting up the area they were at. While the younger male's was still the training kind, it could be used as a blunt weapon. And it had the ability to stun nerve endings, burn skin, and singe fur. Nicholas also had the ability to fight with his fists and legs. While none of these were at the same level as Neron, the Padawan could handle himself just in case of situations like these. Both humans ran out to the edge where the young one had been and jumped down to the floor at the bottom. The lights came back on to show the rest of those watching had begun to scatter. But they were stopped by figures in black. Nothing could be seen of their faces. "No sudden movements," stated the one who was clearly the leader, and holding the designer hostage. His gaze then turned to the Jedi. "There will be no heroic rescue from you. Take them." The rest began to move in. Nicholas looked to the right and left real quickly.
"So much for peaceful agreements," the young male stated with a smirk. He was ready for a fight such as this.

So yeah, left right at the best part but it won't be much longer until I get back to it.
