Ingredients:
1 duck
1 bag of baby carrots
1 large pack of mushrooms
1 large spanish onion
8 cloves of garic
1 bag of small bell peppers
4 tomatios
Spices:
Black pepper
Roast garlic & pepper
Tex mex
Paprika
Cajun
{Lee kum kee} Hoisin sauce
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 450 as oven is heating up Cut up mushrooms,onion, tomato and the small bell peppers into bite size chunks and dump in to the roasting pan along with the carrots and the garlic. Give all the vegetables a mix and set the duck on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the spices all over the duck and vegetables. Drizzle the {Lee kum kee} Hoisin sauce all over the duck and the vegetables and place the roasting pan in to the oven and let cook for 2 hours. After 2 hours turn oven down to 350 and let cook for 1 hour more.
