i used micron pens for the lines and a really old corel painter ( corel painter 2 ). but any corel would do :> and i just fixed it up in photoshop.

aahhh i used to have that problem! But i think i got it figured out.

Ok, first off, when you scan, scan it as a bmp file, not jpeg. It comes out funny looking if you do. I used to resize my pictures in MSpaint, but that's what makes it HORRIBLE. Resize your picture in photoshop or corel or anything other program. But what I found is that if you resize it twice, it comes out looking a bit nicer. Go to canvas>resize and then I usually size it to 1000 ( in the little window that says "width", the legnth will change by itself, so leave that alone ). and then resize it once more, to where ever you want ( I almost always resize it to 700 for the final thing ).
