One of Bucky's best friend, Felik the poodle. I wanna draw out some friends for him so this is the first one. A hippy poodle who can't seem to grow up. Here's hoping I can make some more soon

A vagabond from France who lives under the bridge near Bucky's apartment. Originally from his from a Russian soldier, a former Spetznaz, and unknown mother. Dropped off and left for adoption when he was 7, he doesn't remember his Russian very well and speaks French mostly. This also works it's way into his English, sometimes confusing people with his accent or not knowing the right word.
When his not staying in Bucky's house his either under his bridge, protesting, or at his work. One may think being homeless his jobless but really his the creator and writer of a very popular puppet based tv show, La Guignol. A show mostly aimed for adults due to it's humor but has quite a large younger viewing as well, making most kids love him cause he often appears on the show. Bucky tends to admire him for his wisedom, his charity, and bright fashions but at times he is a bit worried to be near him due to his quick actions for violence in the name of peace and love.
He isn't very found of soap or washing his hair but once in a while he'll soak for times he appears on shows. He makes all his clothing, jewelry, and refuses shoes, his a hippy who refuses to age and just stay a kid at heart. His been known to give advice and wisedom for the cost of a simple earring or bag of chips so some people like to find him under his bridge for help. This keeps him from going hungry and keeps his supply of jewelry and fabrics in check.
