A little-known sub-species of the meerkat clan; the "Flatkat"!

This critter is famous for its Savanna Door Mat impersonations, seen here.

Either that, or this little fellow was a tad slow leaving the watering hole when the elephants decided to arrive for a drink.

In all seriousness, the little guy is perfectly okay. Just sleepily soaking up the morning rays, and doing his "blend into the dirt" protective trick.

Of course, it could be he's yet to have his morning coffee! Kind of like wuff in that regard! *chuckles*
