sadly not with Tails, they did tickle torture two other characters; Professor Von Schlemmer and a bird pharaoh

but he WAS tickle tortured in one issue of the old comics

I really love that you got this picture ;) Tails is probably one of the popular furry characters that's been tickled the most over the years, and for good reason, so seeing something like this done so well is very welcome. And, heck, he's just so freaking cute in this picture! I love the pillows underneath and the fact that this was drawn by an actual Archie Sonic artist.
