Wayne is a rather dapper looking werewolf, with his hat and being overall quite smartly dressed, as well as you doing a great job with him looking a little annoyed. With him being otherwise fully dressed it does draw attention to his bare feet, though I suppose if caught looking you could claim to be a cobbler and point out that he's looking rather dapper so you were just trying to estimate his measurements and visualise the dimensions of a suitable shoe if you were to custom make them for him, so maybe he'd allow you to have a closer look but you would be careful in case he happened to be ticklish.
