Finished sculpture of Toby, Sweeney Todd’s tormented apprentice, presented in all his wretched misery. He stands approximately 7" tall and compared to the Sweeney sculpture, is a little taller in comparison than I’d have imagined. True to his character, he looks as if he is anticipating a good telling off (or a beating). Poor little guy! :(
The photographs are pretty terrible thanks to the overcast lighting conditions I had to contend with today, so my apologies for this! =p

Thank you matey!
Actually, there is a copy online somewhere... here!: http://www.victorianlondon.org/myst.....ey_todd-01.htm (although the print is rather small). My apologies for if I've sent this to you before (I've linked a lot of people to the online copy now!) XD

I'm glad that they at least work in that respect! I must admit that I really don't like the paint job... I really screwed up on the shadows this time. :(
Btw, I really need to move my ass where Sweeney is concerned. I've really slowed down with things now... and that reminds me, I need another Jake fix you know! *pokes* I'd still really like to know more about your project! :D

incredible sculpture. I can actually feel true emothing from the expression and clothing. what really amazed me was the way the pictures came out. the detail of the sculpture in the middle picture actually looked like a drawing till i saw the display base a the bottom. nicely done.
Thank you. :) I guess every new one I do improves a little each time and I get a better grasp of it. It is a lot of fun!
I sculpted this using Super Sculpey Firm. This was the first time I switched from the softer, flesh coloured Sculpey. Seems to hold the detail a little better.
