The lower part is missing.
As for the dragon - there's an art contest on a Russian dragon website. Its topic is "Mona Lisa" and there must be a dragon in every picture (not necessarily Lisa herself). Though this work isn't for the contest, I just felt like drawing it.

still... its good. mainly because it has the quality that you cant tell if she's really smiling our scowling, as per the original.
