3d printed mold or positive + silicon mold then polyurethane resin cast for the final parts to avoid shattering like PLA does? (In case they fall wearing the suit)
Or going to print in HIPS or nylon for strength?
(ABS might if you want to go cheap, but it dosen't have the rebound strength of the others, at least it's easier to glue! :)
The end result however, will look good no matter what! :)
