I had this idea yeaaaars ago about Chip Chase winding up on pre-war Cybertron through an uninentional space bridge a la Indian in the Cupboard, and then Jetfire finding him and keeping him inside of his cockpit as he went about his day. Hijinks ensued.
Ever since then I've been super interested in the idea of hanging out with him inside his cockpit, looking out of his canopy, maybe falling asleep in the warm space, surrounding by gentle humming of his internal systems...
