So i've been working on this in the stream and i figure i'll post the wip files here starting with the ring leader of this little twist on a carnival favorite. It's Rouge the Bat making some cash off the backs of some of the other notable female figures. This crafty little GUN operative will demand $100 which gets you one spin of the wheel and after that your in fates hands.
