Continuing with the seven Pokegirls, we next in-line have a Whimsicott girl. Whimsicott is, naturally, yet another one of my favorite Pokemon. Hell, even Cottonee is cute, but Whimsicott is WAY cuter. It must be all that poof that makes it so friggin' adorable but I have no idea. :P

Anyway, this is Lucy, one of the younger girls at the campus where Rosanne currently lives. Lucy, in her younger years, attended private school and is new to the entire college lifestyle--but that doesn't really stop her from being who she is: silly, hyperactive, and slightly annoying. She's very curious and tends to stick her non-existent nose into everything the others are doing. She loves jokes, baked goods, and for some reason, bonfires. Lucy's impetuous attitude often gets her into trouble, so much so that Rosanne and the others have had to cover for her or bail her out many times.

Despite being annoying Lucy is a kind soul, and only seeks to bring happiness to others. They just wish she wouldn't be so melodramatic about it.
