While on a school field trip in the Neo Tokai Daini plant in Ibaraki, Nekotaro and his classmates are caught in a Terrorist attack perpetrated by Pranza in order to steal an experimental nuclear reactor. Separated from Neko Robo, Nekotaro must rely on his wits in order to save his class AND stop Pranza from getting away with his prize.
