Ingredients:
eggs (boiled)
mild pork sausage
bread crumbs
Step 1: take a handful of ground pork sausage and completely surround the egg with it.
Step 2: after that, cover it up with bread crumbs and make sure there are no holes or exposing of the egg.
Step 3: after doing this to certain amount of eggs of your desire, place in the fridge or freezer while your oil heats up. After the pot of oil is heated, take the eggs out of the freezer and fry them into a dark brown.
Step 4: After theyre all fried, place them in the oven to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. After that, enjoy!
Be careful, not to over cook or undercook the egg OR meat =)
