He was created by General Chaos http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21292164/ and his group of scientists to be his bounty hunter and his mission was to bring back Dino-max but he became self awere and knew that General Chaos was evil and so he started to rebel against him and then when he finally meet's up with Dino-Max the two join forces to stop the evil General Chaos.
