Finally drew a colour version of The Judge, and decided on a name, rather than just his title. Colour pallete on the top left.
Took... a little more than three hours in GIMP2. No tracing, just had the reference next to me.
A lot of people tell me they get a 'final boss' feeling from him, but I don't see why. I mean, just look at that smile. He means you no harm... so long as you've done nothing to deserve it.
