Back again, but this time with two pics. This is because I don't think I'll have time for the other picture before the month is over.

Bonding In Rain
It was still September but now the weather was colder. So that meant no more beach trips for Saya and Nicholas. Even so both the fosky and bat were able to find time to spend with each other. However this would cause them to think things a bit differently. It all started one grey day which found the female in the library. She was just flipping through a few books while spending some time here. But then Saya realized how long she had been here for. Looking up, the bat saw what it was like outside and couldn't help but softly groan. It was now raining and the female had no way of getting home without getting wet. "Is my luck that bad?" she whispered.
Suddenly the bat could see Nicholas coming in but he had an umbrella. The guy had a green hoodie on along with a backpack. The fosky went over to the counter to return some books after shaking his umbrella off a little bit more of the water. The male then spotted Saya and went over to her. "Hey there."
The little female bat couldn't speak for a few moments as the blush took her face again. Somehow Saya was able to speak. "Hey."
"Mind if I join for a bit?"
"No, go ahead." The guy sat down with a smile.
"What brings you here? Drop off or pick up?"
It took a second for Saya to find the courage to talk. "Both. I love coming here to get new reading material."
"I'm like that as well," Nicholas responded. "Nothing like a good book at points. Although sometimes a book store is better. At least you can buy the book you want and usually there's goodies to eat." The bat nodded with a smile. "So then, I was going to just pick up some things and then get out of here. Will you be alright since it's raining?"
"Well… I don't have a ride or anything," Saya admitted while looking down with embarrassment.
"I could offer you a ride." The bat looked up at the fosky with happiness, but was a bit on guard.
"I… um… I'll walk."
"Saya, it's pouring right now. You'll get soaked before going five feet. And then you might get a cold if exposed to the rain which is also somewhat cold." The female had to give the male that one. "Look, I'll just drop you off at your place, okay? It'll be warm at least."
"Okay then," the bat answered as she was sold with the idea. They got up and were outside after Nicholas got his books. Before Saya could step that far, she found Nicholas had his umbrella out and wrapped one warm paw around her shoulder, bring the two close. Somehow her left arm automatically went around his body. She looked up while blushing to his warm gaze and smile.
"Keep close," the fosky said softly and the bat couldn't help but lean against him, the body of the male making her feel warm both physically and emotionally.
"Okay…" Saya whispered back as the two made their way to Nicholas's car. After making sure the female was in, the guy got in.
"So where do you live?" he asked and was told. "Oh that's cool. That's in the same area I live at; about a quarter of a mile away." Saya just took this information in. While it made her happy at the same time for some reason, the female wasn't going to pry as to where Nicholas lived. At least not yet. The car soon pulled up to the apartment building. How Saya rented this was with help from others.
"This is nice," the fosky stated as he looked at the place which was small with three different floors. "So stay dry Saya. I'll see you around."
"Yes," she answered with a soft smile and slight blush. The bat got out of the car but before entering the door, the female turned back to look at Nicholas one last time. The fosky nodded and Saya went into the building. For some reason she couldn't help but wonder why she acted like that around him. "Do I…?" Saya began but then shook off the thought. However little did the female know just how much Nicholas was going to change her soon.
